We're incredibly proud of our services and if you are not happy with your server for whatever reason. We will issue you a full refund within the first 48 hours with no questions asked, no ifs, no buts! If you're not satisfied with your server simply give us a shout and we will try your best to rectify any issues you have to ensure you can enjoy playing on your server(s).
We guarantee a 99.9% server uptime on all over servers not including it service downtime. If your server is offline for over 1 hour we will credit you 5% of your monthly (pro-rated to monthly if on a term other than monthly) subscription for each 1 hour of service downtime incurred up to your full monthly rental cost. This is not including scheduled service downtime which will be communicated a minimum of a week before it is due to take place. Downtime is defined when the monitor (stauts.salyhosting.com) indicates the status of our infrastructure is offline. This is not applicable to the game panel only the game servers.
We aim to reply to any support tickets within 12 hours - often it is much sooner. If you have a issue, problem or any question we will try our upmost to solve it whatever it takes. Our #1 priority is to ensure you have a great experience playing your favourite games and we do not respond in an adequate time we will offer a discount as compensation on our services depending on the waiting time incurred.
